To use the programs with Callable IDL, you will need both a Makefile and a shell script.  The flags use by IDL are different for a Sun and and SGI machine.  Here are links to examples of each for the different machines:

• First you will need to run the make procedure to compile the program.  Then you will have to run the shell script to execute the code.  For instructions, see Compiling Callable IDL (from Fortran).
