JCAM is a collection of mathematical and computer science subprograms obtained
from the Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics.  The subprograms are
available in Fortran source form only and have not been tested at NIST.  Users
may copy and redistribute the subprograms provided that this is not done for
commercial advantage.
