The PADE package can be obtained by HTTP at

in the file nist_pade.1.4.x.tar.gz where the integer x denotes the number of
updates to release 1.4.0. Current information on PADE is
maintained at the PADE World Wide Web home page at
http://math.nist.gov/mcsd/pade/pade.html
which also contains links to all required software packages and an HTML
