Version 1.1.3 of f90gl was released on March 1, 1999.

This is a minor upgrade, most people will not need to upgrade.
The main purpose of this release is to add support for the Absoft
and PGI compilers on Windows 95/98/NT.  The tar.gz file is not
updated to the new release because there are no changes that effect
the Unix compilers.

The changes for version 1.1.3 are:

- added support for x86/WinNT/Absoft/Microsoft
- added support for x86/WinNT/PGI/Microsoft
