RF Propogation Body

Please be patient...it can take a minute to load all bodies.

An animated body from an ongoing study of how radio frequency (RF) propgates through the human body. The colors in this demonstration are arbitrary and not related to RF signals (that is for future work). The body was animated by hand using Blender. The animation itself is accomplished via a brute force method of loading the geometry for each frame of the animation and using the "switch" node, in X3D to select which frame to display. The controls on the left side of the screen are implemented using jQuery widgets. You can select a contiguous set of frame from among the maximum of 50 frame, to animate. You may also play the animation backwards, single stepping and the usual aniamtion type controls.
