Newman

Newman is a software package for the exact solution of systems of linear equations with integer coefficients on parallel clusters. It was developed by Eric Baer (etb@andrew.cmu.edu) during the Summer of 2001 under the supervision of Dr. Tony Kearsley at the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

The following plot shows the runtimes of this parallel implementation of the algorithm when compared to a sequential implementation of the same algorithm, as problem size varies from matrices of size 1 to 70.
