Geometric Transformation Filters

    itk-ResampleImage

    This filter maps the space coordinates of the input image through a geometric transform to generate a new image. The extent and spacing of the new image are selected by the user.

    Usage: itk-ResampleImage inputImageFile outputImageFile dimension
